30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Starting a Return
To request a return, contact us at return@theretroholic.com and include your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send your item back before receiving approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
• Be in its original condition or only lightly tested
• Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse
• Include all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your tracking information until your return has been completed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@theretroholic.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide the appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost once the issue has been confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
